[Quest] The Emerald Nightmare: The Pestilential Hide of Nythendra

Bug description: The Hide doesn't drop. I've done this raid 3 times on my skinner, on both normal and nightmare, but the hide didn't drop, even though I had the quest for it. I heard from someone else in the game that they got it after they reported ingame, so I did the same, but received a generic answer to disable Addons and delete Cache and I don't understand what that has to do with an item that should drop from a mob when you have the quest and doesn't drop. Can anyone help me with more details regarding this quest? From what I read on wowhead and other forums, it should drop 100% if you have the skinning quest (the percentages on websites are not accurate because many people have killed this mob without having the quest, thus lowering them).
Proof: Don't have any proof other than that the item is not in my bag, even though I've done the raid a few times.
