Quests in Azuna

I recently started leveling in the legion expansion and started in Azuna. I started the quest chain at Illidari Stand. After a few quests I got one or two that were bugged and I couldn't complete them. I abandoned these quests and decided I'll find other in the zone and assumed these quests will always be here to come back to. I rode around the entire zone to find no other quest chains available so I left and went to level in high mountain. Im trying to unlock emissarys but now coming back to Azuna there are no quests and the original quest chain at Illidary Stand isn't appearing anymore. Im stuck and can't gain any rep with the faction in Azuna so Im wondering what is wrong and how can I fix this issue?

follow this, https://wow.gamepedia.com/Azsuna_storyline and see which quest you said bug? i think all zone chain quest is work but maybe a lil bit different

None of our quests in any of our Legion Zones regarding the main questline are bugged.
