Bug description: Inscription quest "Halls of Valor: Vision of Valor" http://www.wowhead.com/quest=39953/halls-of-valor-vision-of-valor#comments seems bugged. I did Halls of Valor with a Friend in Non Heroic, Heroic and mystic. We cleaned everything to Hyrja. The Valajar Rune-Sigil http://www.wowhead.com/item=131928/valarjar-rune-sigil dropped not even once.
While watching some Videos about the Quest I saw, that most people got the 5 Valajar Rune-Sigil until the First Boss.
