Bug description: It's been discussed before here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mage-Frost-2p-Frozen-Thoughts-t428754.html and here https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Mage-Frost-2p-Frozen-Thoughts-V2-t433350.html.
Basically, at the moment, when you consume Brain Freeze you also consume Frozen Thoughts immediatly. My suggestion is removing Frostfire Bolt from benefitting from Frozen Thoughts, so we can use it how it was used on retail: Brain Freeze->Frostfire Bolt-> Ice Lance.
