Bug description: I believe the Dwarf NPC Fargo Flintlocke is missing,his plane is underwater (or whatever it is) but Fargo is nowhere to be seen.Can you please spawn him? The question mark exists both on minimap and the map,so you can find where to spawn him.

Hey,GMs or Admins or someone from the server stuff...will you pretty please fix this quest and NPC? I cannot continue the quest-chain unless you spawn this NPC.I hope you will at least respond to this post.
