I obtained it via Worldquest, and it was lost after either a DC or Servercrash.
Didnt really pay attention since i realized it later on.

Update @ 07-07-2017, 23:23:41

Ye was a rollback, the blood relic slot got replaced witht the older 830 one that was in the slot before i replaced it
