Bug description: If Garothi reaches 65% and 35% health while casting Annihilation, the soak zones are still present, and he casts the Surging Fel line on top of it, making it impossible to soak.
Proof: Cant post proof cause i cant record a raid, let alone know when it'll happen

Rejected.

Once Annihilation has been cast, it cannot just be "removed", because of the obligatory mechanic Surging Fel being forced onto the encounter by reaching his intermission phase at, respectively, 65% & 35% @ Mythic Difficulty.

If you still claim otherwise, please provide proof next time.
