Details: (optional) i just finish Black rook hold mythic 7 and the server crash just when we finish the last boss
i receive the item, them when the server come back, we all dont have any item and last boss was alive
we finish the fight again, and the key was finished in 27 mins, and we get no item.
i dont know what do you mean whit id i only play the game, as a normal user.
