Bug description: Artifact Quest bug after donation website for 25lvl artifact knowledge
Proof: if you donate website for 25lvl artifact knowledge before you get 110 lvl as DK, you can get problems with artifact chain quest named "Hitting the Books" because you are max of 25lvl's artifact knowledge and you cant work order for complete quest, and your main legendary quest is stuck
