[REJECTED] [Achievement] Achievements that work on other players but i can't get on my character.

Bug description: About the "It's over 9000" it requires you to get more than 9000 achievement points, i currently have over 9600 and still haven't got it.I've deleted cache,reloged,did more achievements, as mutiple gm-s have instructed me to do from in game tickets.
The brokenly superior/ epic requires you to "Equip a superior item in every slot with a minimum item level of 790 and 840 respectively",and for both of the chievements the weapon isn't ticked on,even though my artifact weapon is 900 ilvl. I suspected this had something to do with the way a dual-wield artifact is coded,and tried with my Arms artifact, and still didn't get the achiv.

Notes: I have made in game tickets,and was eventually sent here.
I have seen theese achievements on other players
