Descrierea bugului / Bug description: This achievement won't trigger, however I have a screenshot that prove the fact. Can I have this achievement added manually?

I have a question, roughly related to this topic, but concerning every other PvP achievement which was disabled due to faulty mechanics: after these will be fixed and re-enabled, will it be possible to receive them (retroactive) if I have proof of doing them correctly at this time (meaning when they are disabled) ?
