Bug description: So I was trying to get Northend Dungeon Master achievments, both normal and heroic, so far so good. I got stuck in utgarde keep. As you can see in the printscreen, the last boss didnt counted in the achievment counter, but you can see in the right of the screen that I actually killed him. Also I killed the two guys in the middle and they counted in achievments but didnt counted in the right side of the screen.

Do the dungeon on HC mode, and you'll get credit for both difficulties.
