Bug description: I'm just curious, if this is a bug or not. It seems that not only mages can learn to cast portals. There are only few available (even a portal to the Hall Of The Guardian). My friend tried to buy the portal to vale of eternal blossoms and used it and it really worked (he threw the abillity away afterwards, and it doesn't show in the spellbook anymore), so, is this intended?
