Bug description: the trinket doesn't work as a wild card and it makes the procs from pantheon trinkets very rare even though lot of guidlies have pantheon trinkets, also the stat buff is kinda low i think reffering to this link : https://www.wowhead.com/news=272830/how-the-pantheon-trinkets-from-antorus-work#pantheon-trinkets it should be 2282 stats for 15 sec.
