Descrierea bugului / Bug description: reduce cast timeul, dar nu mareste viteza.

Dovada / Proof:

cei 5% in plus sunt de la glyph, talentul nu a adaugat nimic, desi e la nivelul 2. ar trebui sa fie 150%.

Working fine. 15% speed increase in human form pt un total de 115%, nu se adauga si la ghost wolf form.
In ghost wolf ai 30% ghost wolf + 5% glyphs.
