[REJECTED] Anglers' Water Striders not functioning properly.

Bug description: The Item doesnt work with deserter debuff. Also the buff it provides "anglers water striders" gets disabled if a Armour Trait procs even when out of combat.
Proof: Sorry i could not take screenshot of such a bug but here is a little description of what's wrong. If i have a deserter Bug this item treats me like i'm still in a Battle Ground. Also there are times when im going across to zones via water. My Armour Trait procs ( No damage taken, No creeps attacking) increasing my stats out of the blue, and then all of a sudden this water walking buff is gone. And since some of these buffs are ticking so if i remount again it disappears again because f the ticking.

Hope you take immediate action on this as it is very annoying.

I've been testing it on Live server and it seems to be working properly.
Can you provide me some proofs? like a video?
I'm not gonna close the report so you can place a reply there with some proofs.

Should this Issue still occur please make a new Bugreport with valid proof such as Picture / Video.
