Hello i have problem with finishing this quest, khadgar simply isn't there so i cant finish the quest.

Hi

There are a couple of quests that are a prior part of the Mage Order Hall, that somehow got bypassed. There are 2 you should do: More Than Just A Food Vendor - https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42494/more-than-just-a-food-vendor which is given by Kalecgos and you turn in at that Image of Kalec item they give you (well more so that stone that summons the Image). & the followup, that comes from that same image, A Terrible Loss https://www.wowhead.com/quest=42520/a-terrible-loss Doing those 2 should phase Khadgar back
