Bug description: I can't continue my research on artifact knowledge. if i click on npc it open the window with repair and compendium. If i click on note, near npc, it doesn't do anything.

You already have lots of https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=144395 in your bank, you can't create more if your current level + all synopsis >= max obtainable from quest/research, blizzlike
