Details: (optional) I completed the quest for unlocking new traits on 04.02.2019, after a short while the server ap was rolled back and now I don't have the new traits and no quest to unlock them.

There has been a fix make a ticket and ask the gm to remove the quest "gift from the six" from your char.

So you can redo it again
