[REJECTED] Artifact Hunter Quest doesn't appear

Bug description: So I have my lvl 100 marksmanship hunter, i chose to get the quest for the marksmanship specialization artifact. I started it, i got to stage 6. I gave up because it was bugged and came back now, after it got solved. Now, I have another issue. I don't see the quest neither in my quest log or at the NPC. Help, please!
