yesterday i completed last research for artifact, so i read it, i received the achivement, and my artifact knownledge was at 25, after this the server crashed and i lost achivement, research, my artifact was lv 24, can u refound me or i have to waste another 4 days?

Have you got a ss of receiving the item ? such as in guild logs

like i said there is no trace about this, i had no time to take a ss cuz server crashed immediately and in guild logs i can't see cuz this happens friday and less than 2 days will not risult
