Bug description: I've reached my artifact knowledge lvl 15 and i forgot to continue research...so i bought 3 Artifact Research Synopsis more and i cant use them...destroy them or send them to someone...How can i get rid of them? (if its a stupid question dont mind..im still new to the legion..)
