Bug description: I dunno if is a classic visual bug but I have the quest for power up the artifical power but I finished all of them... well the exclamation point is stand here even I don't have any questes on that NPC, my question is... Is my graphical bug or accutaly bug? And if is a graphical bug there is somehow to debbuging? xD
