[REJECTED] Artifact Traits not reseted for 7.2

Bug description: My artifact traits didn't reset after i completed Khadgar's scenario + Archmage Modera's quests/weapon show-off for all four specs.
I already opened 3 tickets for this matter but I only received solutions i already tried several times now. I relogged, changed specs, deleted cache dozens.
On Restoration, Guardian and Balance i have 54 traits and on Feral 37. As they were in 7.1.5. I only came back to Freakz several days ago.
