[REJECTED] Artifact Weapon Questline incomplete bug

Bug description: I started the artifact weapon questline on my hunter in 7.2, now in 7.3 when the quest log got reseted, i am not able to complete it.
The situation is that i am lv.100, are able to go to my class hall and have access to the starting quests to Highmountain and Azsuna from dalaran flight point area. I did redo the Dalaran introduction quest from Orgrimmar again now in 7.3, getting a new Dalaran Hearthstone and 5 Tome of the Tranquil Mind, but the situation did not change.
I am not able to see any class artifact quests in dalaran, and when I talk to Emmarel Shadewarden in Dalaran she says the following: You have chosen well. Such a weapon will strike fear into the hearts of our foes!

You have to go to the npc that starts the scenario which is located in broken shore.
