[REJECTED] Artifact Weapon and Light's Heart: Tint 3 not unlocked

Bug description: I did the quests to unlock Tint 3 for my artifact weapon: Recover Light's Heart and return it to the safety of your Order Hall, but the tint is not unlocked. I submitted 2 tickets in game. The first, I was advised to exit the game, disable my add-ons, and then clear my cache. I did these things, and the issue still wasn't corrected. So on the second ticket, I was advised to leave a bug report here.
