Details: (optional) I posted yesterday, " I had maxxed out my artifact knowledge to lvl 40, when 2 days ago my AK lvl suddenly went to 0. Also, all of the AK items I received the past 2 days are at the minimal level, but that is not as much of a big deal. "
LethalFactor rejected my post as being "impossible"

I apologize for being persistent, but I would like to submit 2 screenshots showing that I currently have lvl 0 AK, but on 1 artifact have have 46 traits and on the second 47. While not absolute proof, I assure you I did not grind out millions of artifact power with lvl 0 AK
