[REJECTED] Artifact quest gone

Over 24 hours ago server crashed multiple times while I was doing my artifact quest I was on Stage 1: Heal Vindicator Boros, i made a ticket waited too long so i logged. It got answered while i was offline, it said to Delete my "Cache" and my "WTF", so i logged off and did that, multiple times since first time it did absolutely nothing at all. Then i was told to look on forums and found https://forum.wow-freakz.com/ALL-CLASSES-Artifact-Weapons-Questline-Guide-t474557.html. Followed the steps to a T in every way possible from GMs and Posts, nothing works. So we are going on Day 2 i can't do anything on my priest, i seen multiple GMs in chat chatting while my new ticket has been open for past 12hours+. If this wasn't a alt i think lack of attention would really throw new players off the server. Response time and knowledge of what is going on is iffy.

PS. I had to make new Forums account because for some reason it doesn't recognize the new password you guys provided in the email you automated when i requested a password change, so there is that issue but it's whatever I will use this account.

You could solve the problem by yourself but since you didn't, you had to wait.
