Bug description: i did my mythical 15 dungeon few days ago ( before server restart today ) and i was unable to get my artifact skin for completing a mythical 15 dungeon i alreay send a in game ticket and after viewing the problem the Game master asked me to open a ticket here is a screen shot of my artifact skin list

You completed +15 key on time?

If yes, then try to clear your cache. It's helped to me.

yes did it in time , even got the loot from class hall box when it reseted yesterday ill try delete cash as you said
