[REJECTED] Artifact weapon problem

Details: (optional) I invested 200 artifact power in two traits first time the game crashed and the trait was not enabled but artifact power was gone and second time when i clicked on the trait it flashed like it was activated but again the artifact power was gone and no trait was activated.
I didn„t know where to post this problem i hope it„s ok.
Anyhow i need some help as it happened twice and it will be a big probblem if i cannot insert artifact power into the weapon

It just happened the third time artifact power gone no perk unlocked
