Bug description: Arvoar the Rapacious won't drop Partially Digested Hand which is and Quest item you need to start doing Netherwing Rep (I also opened a ticket in game, this is just so other know it's bugged too)

It works fine, you just have to complete Enter the Taskmaster quest first, then it will drop.
