I believe the leggo works only on the trash that is already in combat which means if you used sunfire first, and then moonfire once, both of your targets would be affected by moonfire. I read somewhere on wowhead some time ago it was intended like that on retail as well.

Hello there, could you provide another video where you pull multitargets with anything and then after using moonfire, it still goes to your main target only?

I've done 3 keys and a raid today with my druid and it worked as it should.

The shoulders are working correctly, but remember, you have to be in combat with both targets before you apply the moonfire to get the proc.
