[REJECTED] Balance Hidden Artifact bug

Bug description: The Hidden Artifact for Balance Druid isn't working properly. The default form doesnt get unlocked, even thou it appears on the list of the visuals.

Proof: As you can see, i did everything required > got both items, used them to get Sunbloom and then unlocked the visual.
But the default form isn't unlocked, only the 200 dungeons that i did.
