Bug description: the campaign quest should spawn an NPC Shieldguard Okineda (https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=165843&&name=shieldguard-okineda) to kill but didn't happened.

This bug is still ongoing and prevents people from progressing in the maldraxxus campaign

Abandon quest, delete cache folder and restart. "Fixed" the bug for me

Hello,

The quest is working fine.

Abandon and re-take the quest.

Make sure the quest giver follows you and is not stuck in combat some where.

The waves of adds will spawn, kill them and disable the bulwark.
