My item 940 (M15 titanforged) is gone! (I have no idea what happened, I didn't destroy the item, I didn't sell it, it doesn't show in the sales history of the commercial NPC), no one else has access to my account.)

It isn't in my bag, it isn't where it should be, it's not in the chest and the site (in the item retriever) also not list to retrieve!

I already checked the armory and it isn't equipped, but in my activity feed it appears that I received it, with date and time, and even I'm sure it was equipped today, because I made my weekly (m+ 15) with this equipped, as I am leaving the link below:
