Bug description: Not enough active mobs to complete scenario

Still bugged. The dark iron highway portion fails due to lack of active mobs to complete. Was only able to get to 78%. Some mobs are orange and can't be targeted. The second and third time when I started quest Moira Thaurissan didn't even move.

This bug happened to me to. I did 92%, you can not do more, some of the mobs dosen't give you progress and some of the glitch and become neutral and can't attack them.

I could not reproduce the issue. Try to redo it again.

As a side note: the Lesser Crawler Mines situated inside the scenario are awaring credits too. Rejected
