Bug description:Hi,i havent been able to receive bling 4000 package for couple weeks now,im not sure why,but my best guess is i probably had it on a low lvl alt and deleted the character.can you please check my account to see if theres any 4000 package somewhere that prevents me to receive it?thanks in advance.

Use unstuck on every single char.
It removes all kind of hidden auras on you that might prevent it.

Idk what else you can do aside from finding the gift, but he is useless anyway.
Only Blingtron 6000 can drop legendaries, because he is the legion version.

Maybe u accepted the blingtron 4000 quest ,
check ur Chars if there is the quest active
