Dovada / Proof:
Blizzard said before Cata that Booty Bay Bruisers would grant reputation all through Exalted in Cataclysm.
Bloodsail Buccaneer faction reputation will remain in-game. Also, to ensure that this change does not negatively affect Cataclysm quest progression in Stranglethorn Vale, Booty Bay Bruisers will now provide reputation up through Exalted.

What thing is to say something "before Cataclysm" and another thing is during the expansion. Revered is the limit you can obtain with Bloodsail Buc. by killing Booty Bay Bruisers. Also, there is not reason to reach beyond honored with this faction (revered and exalted do not award anything).
As a side note, in patch 5.x (Mists of Pandaria) exalted with Bloodsail Buccaneers can be obtained by killing, beyond revered, certain npcs (for hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of times).

Sunt niste NPC care ar trebui sa dea putin rep ori de cate ori sunt omorati. Ei exista, pot fi omorati dar nu dau reputatie. Sunt persoane, ca mine, ca doresc sa faca achiev pt Bloodsail Buccaneers sau United Nations.

About the video: in Booty Bay are enough NPCs to make reputation with a small respawn time. ( 10-15 minutes )
