Dovada / Proof:
I keep hiting and hiting and bloodsurge is not activating so i dont get my free slam hit and dmg pls fix this talent

you sure you are using BLOODTHIRST ability to activate it?or are you just auto-attacking...?

yes using both bloodthirst and slam and nothing

mine works just fine,must be a random bug
try resetting talents
