[REJECTED] Bought&equipped 840 relic then randomly disappeared after 15 minutes

Details: (optional) I've farmed 25k on my druid(Tikky) to purchase an 840 ilvl nor'danil ampoule off the auction house.I proceeded to send the gold to my bank alt(Lolxdkek,lvl 1) and I bought the relic for exactly 25k off auction house and mailed it back to my druid.I equipped the relic and went straight into a battleground.After the battleground was finished i checked my itemlevel and something seemed off,the relic I equipped was no longer there and I had my old one in it's place instead.I checked if I'd still have it in the mailbox on either of the characters but I didn't.I've got no proof to show because there's basically nothing to show outside of my curent relics : https://gyazo.com/80197e399fdf234d9a26918ac94a03b6 so I'd at least want my gold back if it's not possible to get the relic back.

EDIT:this is a follow-up forum post to an ingame ticket made around 2:30 AM 04.07.2017 (about 20 minutes after looting the relic)
