Bug description: There any "Hidden Wyrmtongue Caches" spawned

Knowing this quest, I looked in the wow head, youtube and in several other places, they all say the same thing, that one should find these "boxes" but, according to the print of the own site, none of them are available for collection, were spawned.

They are there, spawns in random locations on broken shore
