Bug description: Is normal this item? Give me 630 000 000 of artifact power.
Proof: This item give me 472 million of artifact power, and accidentally i used one that added me 630 million of artifact power (monster drop: Withered Mana-Rager in azurewing repose-azsuna in broken isles )

I can't really tell from your screenshot that it awarded you more than it should. Maybe you used a different one. Also, please create an ingame ticket for any Legion issues as the forum is now only BFA PTR related.
