I've received the relic after completing a WQ. I've even insterted it into my artifact. But after relogging I've noticed it was no longer there and I had my old 810 relic back.

Currently on Legion Realm It is not possible to Recover: Mythic Dungeon Gear with Bonuses, Mythic Keystones, Relics, Artifact Power & Traits

I will and I did this time. It doesn't say in the link what section it is. "Item Recovery Support" is all what the link says on the site.
