Bug description: Champions of legionfall quest for rogue does not seem to trigger "The Pirate's Bay" from NPC Lord Ravenholdt in Rogue Class Hall (you can see the missing exclamation mark on screenshot). I tried to abandon the quest and retake it but it wont let me abandon it either.

You need to complete this part of the campaign before recruiting the last follower.
