Bug description: Crane's respawn time is toooooo long, and many players there want to do this wq. usually takes 25min to do this wq. since cranes respawn around 3-4mins. that is too long meanwhile there are a few respawn points for cranes.
Proof: i have no idea how can i screenshot respawn time

Yep, the only choice I had since so many players were doing it, was to just camp 1 crane spot, and spam right click for several minutes till a crane spawned and hopefully I won it, and had to do it for 6 cranes... took me more than an hour.
