[REJECTED] Brutal slash not buffed properly for the patch

Bug description: from 7.1.5 the spell should be buffed from inflicting 2025% to 2470% Physical damage , it only seems to do around 5% more damage with the same gear .

The gear is the same , only diffirence is haste because the legendary amor stats was changed .

Tooltip might not be updated but the spell has the right % from 7.2.5.
