[REJECTED] Bug dispersion

Dispersion can be cast while stunned, feared or silenced and clears all snare and movement impairing effects when cast ( true ) , and makes you immune to them while dispersed (bugged).

Dispersion makes you immune to movement impairing effects but NOT to stun, fear or silence.
