WoW Freakz link: Orgrimar-The art of war quest

Bug description: My character is not able to travel to pandaria because no quest will automatically respawn when enter to Orgrimar to go and talk to General Nazgrim and start to travel to Pandaria and so I dont know what to do or go besides all my other characters can take the portal to Pandaria but this one from the pictures you can see Nazgrim is there but theres no able quest neither from any popping quest giving or NPJ quest giver.
