Bug description: Some inctances, like black wing lair, are buged and cant be entered. The gamse says i have to be lv 47 or above i am 90.

Do not have heroic mode set (Vanilla dungeons/raids do not have heroic, so if you have it, you can't enter).
No bug, just be sure not to be on heroic mode (dungeon or raid).
