Bug description: I have completed the quest chain and the game even showed me 42000 reputation added for the last quest but I'm still neutral with the faction

Hello, dastaan ! That is working blizzlike. In this game there are 2 kind of reputations. The first one is starting from friendly going to Honored to Revered and to Exalted. In your case that's the second type of reputation which starts from Hated to Hostile to Unfriendly to Neutral and then you start grinding the normal way.

Have a look at this guide on how to get exalted with the Netherwing faction.
